Any serious Jumpman fanatic will want to add the Jordan 13/14 DMP Pack to their rotation. This inspired silhouette is a homage to Michael Jordan’s final championship with the Chicago Bulls.
Arriving in a two-part collection, a ‘Black’ Jordan 14 will arrive alongside the Jordan 13 in ‘White – both worn extensively by the athlete during playoffs for his last major basketball event. That said, it’s especially desirable for serious Jordan collectors. Here we take a closer look at each of the styles.
Who doesn’t appreciate the refined yet luxurious aesthetic of the Jordan 13 DMP White? White leather adorns the upper of the Jordan 13 with the conventional embossed detailing across the sidewall.
This is contrasted by the full Midas treatment at the rear. A patent gold overlay shimmers across the heel, extending onto the mudguard and midsole. Thanks to the stylish blend of white and gold, this shoe manages to remain both luxurious yet refined.
Staying true to the original silhouette, a holographic motif makes an appearance across the sidewall. However, the conventional ’23’ branding at the rear is replaced in favour of ’93’ insignia as a homage to that final championship.
As with many earlier releases, the Jordan 14 DMP is heavily influenced by sports car design. MJ is said to be a huge lover of vintage and new Ferraris. That passion is clearly visible with chunky textured leather in premium overlays across a high-top silhouette.
Padded sections make for a unique aesthetic and luxurious hits of gold appear to the insignia across the sidewall. That same luxurious treatment features to a midsole shank while Flight technology delivers the responsive cushioning underfoot.
An integrated lacing system keeps your foot securely locked in place and as with the other design, 98 branding makes an appearance to the heel.
